WHAT TO EXPECT

• Discussion corners are rooms for public discussions, open to everyone to chat openly about Ethereum-related, non-commercial, educational topics.
• Meeting rooms are for short and private meetings, in a dedicated (L2) floor

The Meeting Rooms and Discussion Corners will be located at the Devcon venue, **Queen Sirikit National Convention Center:**

• Level 1: There will be four Discussion Corners: 🟠 Orange, 🟣 Pink, 🔵 Blue, 🔴 Red
• Level 2: There will be 11 meetings of varying sizes and layouts: #1-8, #10, #12-14

These spaces are open from 9:00AM to 7:30PM, from Tuesday Nov 12th to Friday 15th Nov.

<aside> ⚠️ When you book your room, you will receive an email confirmation; you must show this email confirmation to the volunteers in the info desk as proof of booking, before you can proceed to occupy the room.

DISCUSSION CORNERS (Floor L1)

• They are low-setup: no stage, no microphone, no speaker. Only chairs, whiteboards and a screen.
  • No shilling
• 3 discussion corners available for online booking
• Capacity
  • Blue, Orange and Pink: up to 40pax
  • Red: up to 35pax

MEETING ROOMS (Floor L2)

• Capacity: 10-24pax
• Classroom, Theater, and U-shaped layouts available (fixed per room).
• An entity may book up to 120 minutes per day and a maximum of 2 days only.
• 11 rooms available for public bookings
• Upon 5 mins of no-show, the room gets released to the public again.

All Devcon Co-work spaces, including the Discussion corners and Meeting rooms are:

• Able to be used for discussion and conversations related to Ethereum
• Not to be used for commercial, shilling or advertising purpose
• Not to be used for SWAG distribution or any kind of activations
• To follow the Devcon Code of Conduct
