Devconnect Cowork Rooms Booking Guidelines

<aside> 💡 Devconnect is a week-long gathering of independent Ethereum events to learn, share, and ****make progress together. The Devconnect Cowork is open to all cowork attendees who wants to work, network, and meet the people working in Ethereum.

WHAT TO EXPECT

WORK: Tables, wifi, whiteboards and outlets.
RELAX: Comfy areas to relax alone or in a small group.
COLLAB: Several meeting rooms are available for informal meetings.
ENERGIZE: Light snacks and drinks will be offered throughout.

The Devconnect Cowork will be located at the Istanbul Congress Center. Cowork ticket holders will have access to two floors and various facilities:

Floor B5: Coworking, with Work Areas and Discussion Corners
Floor B3: Meeting rooms

It is open from 9AM to 8PM, from Monday 13th to Sunday 19th.

Discussion corners are rooms for public discussions, open to everyone to chat openly about Ethereum-related, non-commercial, educational topics.
They are low-setup: no stage, no microphone, no speaker. Only chairs, whiteboards and a screen.

Capacity: up to 40pax

MEETING ROOMS (B3 Floor)

Meeting rooms will be available for attendees to book for short and private meetings.

Meeting rooms are for short (30min to 120min max) and private meetings, in a dedicated (B3) floor
They can be booked up to 24hours in advance by Co-work attendees.
Capacity: 5-60pax
Classroom, Theater, and U-shaped layouts available (fixed per room).
One entity cannot book more than 120min per day
9 rooms available for public bookings

<aside> ⚠️ Instructions: when you book your room, you will receive an email confirmation; you must show this email confirmation to the volunteers in the co-working info desk as proof of booking.
